Scope: Supply of software licenses and implementation services for Primavera P6 EPPM project management software

Project Description:
The project was implemented to support schedule management and coordination for key railway lines, including the Ben Thanh – Can Gio Metro line and the Hanoi – Quang Ninh railway line. These are all large-scale transportation infrastructure projects requiring advanced technical standards and close coordination among consultants, contractors, and construction teams.

The Ben Thanh – Can Gio Metro line is envisioned as a strategic transportation axis connecting the center of Ho Chi Minh City with the coastal urban area of ​​Can Gio, contributing to the promotion of economic, tourism, and infrastructure development in the southern part of the city.

Meanwhile, the Hanoi-Quang Ninh route plays a crucial role in strengthening inter-regional connectivity between the capital and the key economic region of Northern Vietnam, supporting the development of logistics, industry, and tourism.

Given the nature of large-scale infrastructure projects, long implementation periods, and multiple parallel contract packages, Primavera P6 EPPM is applied to comprehensively manage project progress, resources, costs, and data on a centralized platform, ensuring effective control and coordination throughout the implementation process.

– Provide consulting and implementation services for Primavera P6
– Deliver professional training programs for the enterprise
