• Introduction; Navigation includes all main and sub-tabs with full illustrations of features and functions with examples; Project Structure (EPS & OBS); Creating a Project; Creating a Work Breakdown Structure (WBS); Creating Activity Code; Adding Activities with Duration, Start and End Dates, Milestones, Creating Global & Project Calendars, Time Formatting.

• Maintain the Project Document Library; Create relationships; Relationship types, planning; Add constraints; Format data; Identify and create resources; Assign resources and calculate costs; Analyze resources and costs, create costs, identify and assign roles, resource hierarchy, assign resource schedules, import and export data, network logic diagrams.

• Optimize project plans; link project plans; execute and control projects; update projects, create multiple reports, create dashboards, performance reporting, groups, sort and filter, project website.

• Workshop: Covers all planning and scheduling phases from project start to finish in accordance with the NSRP Project Environment.
