Maintain the Project Document Library; Create relationships; Relationship types, planning; Add constraints; Format data; Identify and create resources; Assign resources and calculate costs; Analyze resources and costs, create costs, identify and assign roles, resource hierarchy, assign resource schedules, import and export data, network logic diagrams.
Project plan optimization; Project plan linking; Project execution and control; Project updates, multiple report generation, dashboard creation, performance reporting, grouping, sorting and filtering, project website.
Workshop: Covers all planning and scheduling phases from project start to finish in accordance with the NSRP Project Environment. Create an EPS, OBS, and WBS; Create a project, add activities with planned start and end times, create relationships; Create a Baseline, Schedule, view Schedule Data; Assign, analyze resources and costs; Level resources, update progress, report project progress, create various reports. Create different Layouts, Create Dashboards, Group, Sort, and Filter.
