PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
Kim Thuy Company operates in the construction sector, with a need to standardize management processes through specialized software training.

The project focused on enhancing the capabilities of technical and management staff through the “Project Management in Oracle Primavera P6” training course.

The training course was conducted in person at the client's office, for a core group of 5 personnel, and lasted 3 days. The program used English textbooks to help participants access international project management standards in a systematic way.

ONEBIM RESPONSIBILITIES:
– Organize the training with a team of qualified instructors, ensuring teaching quality in accordance with the standard curriculum
– Prepare and provide complete course materials and training documents
– Ensure the training content meets commitments and delivers practical effectiveness
– Issue certificates of completion for the “Project Management in Oracle Primavera P6 #102” course to participants
– Provide full supporting documents, records, and invoices for payment and contract settlement purposes
