ONEBIM RESPONSIBILITIES:
– Software Licensing & System Setup: Deliver official Primavera P6 software and configure a centralized database to enable synchronized management of multiple projects on a single platform.
– Training & Technology Transfer: Organize in-depth training programs for engineers and management staff, ensuring effective system operation.
– Practical Technical Support: Work alongside the enterprise in digitizing reporting data, monitoring construction progress, and enhancing transparency in project management.
