PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
The project focused on enhancing project management capabilities for DMC Corporation’s staff through the “Project Management in Oracle Primavera P6” training course.

The training course was designed for a group of 5 personnel and took place over 3 days (from January 25th to 27th, 2019) at the client's office in Hanoi, specifically at the Vietnam Petroleum Institute building.

The program is taught in Vietnamese, helping students grasp fundamental knowledge and apply it directly to real-world work.

IMPLEMENTATION RESPONSIBILITIES (OneBIM):
– Organize the training with qualified instructors, ensuring teaching quality in accordance with the standard curriculum
– Bear travel expenses and allowances for instructors throughout the training period
– Provide complete learning materials and ensure the training content meets commitments
– Issue certificates of completion for the “Project Management in Oracle Primavera P6 #102” course within 03 weeks after completion
