PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
PetroVietnam Pipeline & Tank Construction Joint Stock Company (PVC-PT) is a key member unit of PetroVietnam Construction Joint Stock Corporation (PVC), under Vietnam National Oil and Gas Group.

The company has participated in the implementation of many key projects nationwide, such as the Thai Binh 2 Thermal Power Plant, the Long Phu 1 Thermal Power Plant, the Dung Quat LPG Storage Facility, and many other heavy industrial complexes.

The application of Primavera project management software helps PVC-PT standardize schedule and cost management, meeting stringent technical and safety requirements in the energy and industrial sectors.

ONEBIM RESPONSIBILITIES:
– System Implementation: Install and configure Primavera software to align with PVC-PT’s specific management model, especially for controlling pipeline construction schedules and tank installation progress.
– Training Organization: Develop and deliver training courses from basic to advanced levels for engineers and management staff.
– Operational Handover: Ensure personnel are capable of using the software independently and effectively in real-world operations.
– Practical Application Support: Accompany the enterprise in applying the software to key projects, optimizing resources and controlling schedule risks.
