Responsibilities
  • Providing genuine licenses: We handed over two licenses for Primavera P6 Enterprise Project Portfolio Management software, along with a license update and technical support package to ensure the system always runs stably.
  • System installation and configuration: Perform the installation and configuration of the P6 EPPM software to suit the specific management requirements of the railway infrastructure project, ensuring compatibility with the customer's server and computer infrastructure.
  • Technology transfer training: Organize a 3-day in-depth basic training course (Course 102B) on Primavera P6 for CPCG's engineering and management staff, helping to optimize the application of the software in planning and coordinating real-world resources.
  • Commitment to partnership: Ensure the full delivery of copyright certificates and technical documentation in the shortest possible time after signing, and provide technical support throughout the project's operation.
